For years, Briery Wood Hotel has sent out a mixture of separate, poorly designed, Word and Excel documents to capture wedding information, once the date has been booked and confirmed.
Project description
Hotel Digital Wedding Planner: My suggestion was to collate all of this information into a single, interactive PDF document, to simplify the process with an on-brand, high quality design.
Users are able to allocate rooms to specific guests – eg ground floor, wheelchair accessibility etc – requests additional beds, select ‘wedding breakfast’ table configurations, plan tables and add dietary notes for each guest.
The completed document is simply saved and sent back to the hotel wedding planner.
